My Concentration
I decided to concentrate in Training and Development. This concentration focuses on adult learning concepts and educational technology in higher education, private industry, government, and the non-profit sector. I chose this concentration because I wanted exposure to educational practices and environments outside the traditional classroom. As I think about how to grow my skills and move forward in my career, I I thought that this concentration would stretch me the most. (My top CliftonStrength is Achiever- I have a strong desire to be constantly working toward a goal and gain great satisfaction from accomplishing things, especially things that challenge me.)
